My Google map consists of three Chicago landmarks that are very important to the history of Chicago. The included landmarks are The Buckingham Fountain, Navy Pier, and The Shedd Aquarium. All of these landmarks are located within miles of each other surrounding the downtown area. The Buckingham Fountain was built in 1927 and is one of the largest fountains in the world. navy Pier was built in 1916 and is a 3,330 foot long pier on the Chicago shoreline of Lake Michigan. Last but not least, is the Shedd Aquarium which opened in 1930 and is an public indoor aquarium.
